Features Working Principle

The Table-Top CNC Milling Machine is a compact and versatile 3-axis system (X, Y, Z), designed for small-scale machining operations, prototyping, and educational use. It offers axis travels of approximately 300 mm (X), 300 mm (Y), and 150 mm (Z), with a sturdy worktable , equipped with standard 12 mm T-slots for mounting vices and fixtures. The table supports a maximum load of up to 25 kg. The machine operates with variable spindle speeds ranging from 100 to 5000 RPM, allowing it to machine a wide variety of materials such as aluminum, brass, plastics, and wood.

The drive system uses either stepper or servo motors, with the CNC variant offering a resolution of 0.01 mm and a repositioning accuracy of ±0.02 mm. It is powered by a motor rated between 0.5 kW and 1.5 kW and runs on a standard 220V, single-phase 50Hz power supply. Control is managed through Mach3 software, with communication via USB or Ethernet. The system is compatible with CAM software  and includes safety features such as emergency stop buttons and limit switches for enhanced operator protection and reliability.
