Facility Features, Working Principle and Specifications

Facility Description

Facility Description

This Spectrophotometer offers the ultimate sensitivity in fluorescence or emission profile of the complex under investigation. It is controlled by Felix software for steady state and lifetime experiments. It has wavelength range from UV to NIR and used for NIR steady state and phosphorescence lifetime detection.

Instructions for Registration, Sample Preparation, User Instructions and Precautionary Measures

Instructions for Registration
  • User must contact the Technical operator before booking slot and discuss the experimental parameters 
  • In case any additional Chemicals/ materials required for recording the samples, Charges would be additional.
Instruction for Sample Preparation
  • If Any reference material, solvents required are to be supplied by the user
  • User should provide solid samples in the fine powder form. Minimum required amount is approximately 1-2 gm. 
  • Liquid Samples are prepared by user in appropriate concentration required for the experiment. The required minimum amount is 2-3 ml. 
  • In case any additional Chemicals/ materials required for recording the samples, Charges would be additional.
User Instructions and Precautionary Measures

MS-DS (Material Safety Data Sheet) should be given along with samples. Samples should not be toxic or hazardous.
